## Open Position: Account Payable Staff (Finance)
PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi is currently seeking a meticulous and professional Account Payable Staff member to join our Finance team in Jakarta. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our operations through precise reporting and analytical oversight.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
* Managing the end-to-end accounts payable and invoicing lifecycle.
* Performing detailed verification and financial reconciliation.
* Generating comprehensive accounts payable reports for management review.
* Supporting critical tax compliance activities and internal/external audit processes.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting.
* Age Limit: Applicants should be between 23 and 27 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Power BI.
* Software Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of AP workflows (verification to payment) and foundational knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh and PPN).
