## The Ecogreen Oleochemicals Apprenticeship Program (EOAP)
The EOAP is a specialized 5-month development initiative tailored for recent engineering graduates. We utilize an innovative hybrid learning model designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world industrial application.

## Applicant Qualifications

1. Education: Hold a minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline or a closely related technical field.

3. Communication: Professional proficiency in English (passive) and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
