## Understanding the Role: Assistant Sortasi
As an Assistant Sortasi, you will serve a critical function in maintaining the quality benchmarks of the organization. This position demands vigilance, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of raw material grading procedures within a Palm Oil Mill (PKS).
Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily grading operations within the mill environment to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to protocols.
* Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate incoming Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to guarantee compliance with strict internal corporate standards.
* Comprehensive Assessment: Verify the quality of both internal and external FFB deliveries arriving at the processing facility.
* Data Management: Prepare, verify, and finalize daily sorting reports and comprehensive recap data for management review.
* Environmental Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization across the entire sorting area on a daily basis.
