## Position Overview: Plant and Field Operator
As an Operator at DGAS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable distribution of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). Your daily responsibilities will bridge plant operations and client-facing service delivery, requiring a strong foundation in mechanical systems and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities
* Compressor Management: Master the operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of industrial compressors to ensure optimal performance.
* CNG Loading Operations: Execute the safe and precise filling of CNG at designated Mother Stations.
* Customer-Site Distribution: Oversee the smooth delivery and offloading processes of gas at various client facilities.
* Thermal Equipment Handling: Operate and troubleshoot heat transfer systems, including heat exchangers, industrial coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Control: Manage and maintain instrument equipment such as pressure regulators, control valves, Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs), and various pipeline valves.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of verifiable working experience in the oil and gas sector or heavy manufacturing. Backgrounds within specialized gas companies will receive priority consideration.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/STM), with a preferred major in Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in utilizing standard computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
* Operational Flexibility: Demonstrated capability to work in rotating shifts and readiness for out-of-town deployment as required by project demands.
* Health Compliance: Must possess complete vaccination status, including the booster dose.
