Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these dynamic roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Physical Requirements: Male, maximum age of 27 years, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* For Agronomy: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation.
* For Traction/Mill Engineering: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Processing.
* Experience: Preference is given to fresh graduates who possess documented internship or field-work experience within the palm oil plantation sector.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to undergo rigorous training and commit to a three-year service bond with the company.
* Availability: Must be able to join the team immediately upon selection.
