## Join the Professional Mining Team as a Green Operator
We are currently opening recruitment for the position of Green Operator (Code: MINING – GREEN OPERATOR). This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in heavy equipment operation.
Your primary objective in this role will be the safe, effective, and efficient operation of hauling trucks. By adhering to strict operational standards, you will contribute directly to our production targets while ensuring that all tasks are performed without accidents or incidents. You will also be responsible for the routine maintenance and safe handling of your assigned machinery.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest safety and operational standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMU/SMK or equivalent).
* Residency: Must be a local resident of the surrounding mining area or specifically the Pesanggaran District (mandatory submission of KTP, Family Card, or Domicile Letter required).
* Operational Skills: Ability to operate four-wheeled vehicles; possession of a valid SIM A driving license is considered a strong advantage.
* Documentation: Must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle field operations.
* Professional Attitude: Highly motivated, disciplined, and possessing a genuine desire to become a certified Heavy Equipment Operator.
* Commitment: Full willingness to participate in the comprehensive Green Operator/Operator Trainee program, including both Off-the-Job and On-the-Job training phases, with a primary focus on workplace health and safety (HSE).
