BUMA is currently expanding its professional team and is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the following supervisory and management positions. These roles are essential for supporting our ongoing infrastructure and mining projects.
Engineering and Construction Roles
1. Supervisor – QA Civil Engineer
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Expertise in international codes, construction materials, and logistics management.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ETABS.
* IP/PMP certification is highly desirable.
2. Supervisor – Civil Construction
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Capable of preparing RAB, working drawings, and technical specifications.
* Mastery of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera 6, and MS Project.
* IP/PMP certification is preferred.
3. Supervisor – Earthwork
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Skilled in slope stability analysis, soil drainage, excavation, embankments, and volume estimation.
* Mastery of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
4. Supervisor – MEP Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Deep understanding of low, medium, and high voltage distribution and MV/HV substations.
* Mastery of AutoCAD and electrical load calculation software.
* AK3 Electrical certification is a strong advantage.
5. Supervisor – Project Engineer
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Knowledgeable in construction processes, engineering standards, CPM, and EVM.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
* PMP/CEP certification is preferred.
Management Role
6. Superintendent – Contract Engineer
* At least 7 years of experience in contract management within construction, oil & gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
* Comprehensive understanding of FIDIC, Lump Sum, and Time & Material contracts.
* Mastery of Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Project.
* CCM/PMP/CIPS certification is highly preferred.
