We are seeking motivated candidates to contribute across various specialized departments. Review the following roles to see where your expertise aligns:
1. Public Relations
Responsibilities: Coordinate the monthly production of the Enermia* magazine, assist in stakeholder engagement meetings, and provide operational support for corporate events.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science.
2. Sociology
* Responsibilities: Participate in Sustainability, Social, and Environmental work units, develop community economic expansion plans, conduct social mapping, analyze Social Return on Investment (SROI), and monitor community satisfaction indices.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
3. Budgeting and Accounting
* Responsibilities: Execute administrative financial tasks with a focus on tax compliance.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D1) to Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting.
4. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation (Environmental Science)
* Responsibilities: Conduct technical analysis regarding soil moisture in reclaimed areas, monitor land cover changes, analyze land subsidence, and test soil permeability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science or Agriculture.
5. Forest Management and Watershed Rehabilitation (Mechanical & Technical)
* Heavy Equipment Mechanics: Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul procedures to enhance equipment reliability.
* Welders and Machine Operators: Operate lathes, drills, milling machines, and line boring equipment to support mechanical maintenance.
* Maintenance Planning: Create maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, document equipment history, and design modifications.
* Qualifications: SMA/SMK or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Welding Technology.
6. Mining Operations (PIT Banko Tengah A)
* Responsibilities: Gain comprehensive insights into coal mining activities, master mining methodologies, operate heavy machinery, and calculate equipment productivity metrics.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
