## Available Career Positions
1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to master restaurant operations and leadership principles, preparing you for future supervisory roles within our expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain readiness to work flexible shift schedules.
* Oversee and actively participate in food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, and security protocols.
* Manage financial transactions, cash flow, and reconciliation during and at the closure of each shift.
* Supervise and engage directly in daily employee work activities.
* Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and evaluate staff adherence to standard operating procedures regarding food quality and service.
* Assess competitor capabilities by analyzing market data and sales trends.
* Identify, analyze, and capitalize on new sales growth opportunities.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and business associates.
* Safeguard company assets and inventory.
* Oversee inventory levels and stock availability related to daily sales.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is strongly preferred.
* Proficient in computer operations and relevant software.
* Active involvement in campus or community organizations.
* Capable of performing effectively under high-pressure environments.
* High levels of integrity, responsibility, diligence, and organizational loyalty.
* Willingness to be deployed to any A&W branch across Indonesia.
2. Payroll Staff
The Payroll Staff member plays a critical administrative role in ensuring that all compensation and benefits processes are executed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify and audit all payroll-related data.
* Execute accurate payroll computations and disbursements.
* Manage all administrative processes related to national social security (BPJS).
* Update compensation records in alignment with internal promotions or structural changes.
* Maintain meticulous records of employee attendance data, working timelines, and collective supporting documents.
* Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) graduate.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan regulations.
* Exceptional communication skills, teamwork abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

3. Warehouse Manager (Kepala Gudang)
The Warehouse Manager takes full administrative and operational charge of inventory management, storage facilities, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the secure storage of inventory acquired from authorized distributors.
* Inspect incoming shipments and report any damaged or defective merchandise immediately.
* Ensure all stock inventory is maintained in optimal condition.
* Delegate daily duties and supervise warehouse staff performance.
* Document and physically manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods.
* Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse facility.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School (SLTA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 3 years of verifiable professional experience working as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
* Physically and mentally fit to handle operational demands.
* Demonstrates high levels of honesty, accountability, and thoroughness.
* Preference will be given to candidates residing in North Jakarta or Tangerang.
