1. Corporate Institutional Relations & Marketing Staff
Division: Institutional Relations and Corporate Transformation
* Assist in the development of institutional relations programs, work plans, and corporate marketing policies.
* Manage professional relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and industry associations.
* Prepare meeting materials, executive presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes while tracking follow-up actions.
* Support corporate communication, branding, positioning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
* Draft collaboration proposals and develop marketing collateral to identify new business opportunities.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends, market shifts, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
* Execute and monitor projects to ensure they align with company targets and deadlines.
* Manage documentation and produce detailed activity reports.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis, creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations, and market research.
* Strong coordination skills with the ability to maintain relationships and ensure stakeholder follow-up.

* Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.

2. Marine Electrical Staff
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Comprehensive understanding of marine electrical systems and technical electrical schematics.
* Prior knowledge of automation and control systems is highly desirable.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience in marine electrical environments or shipyards is an added advantage.
* Work Placement: North Jakarta.
