* Flexibility: Must be willing to be stationed directly at the Kupang project site.

* Professional Certification: Possession of relevant SKA (Expert Certificate), SKK (Competency Certificate), or SKT (Skill Certificate) is mandatory.
## Specific Qualifications
The educational background requirements for these positions are as follows:
* For Professional Roles: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geodesy, Irrigation Engineering, Archaeology, Cultural Heritage Studies, Architecture, or Interior Design.
* For Operational Roles: Positions for Drivers and Security personnel are open to applicants with a High School diploma (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) background.
