## Opportunity: Recruitment Intern
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team at PT Royal Pesona Indonesia (Somethinc-BeautyHaul). If you are eager to learn from a high-growth environment and play a key role in talent acquisition, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our People team, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
* Talent Acquisition: Engage in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent.
* Employer Branding: Assist in executing creative strategies to enhance our market presence and attract industry-leading professionals.
* Administrative Support: Manage essential HR documentation and general administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in our fast-paced culture, we look for individuals who embody the following traits:
* Academic Background: Fresh graduates in Psychology or related fields. Final-year students who have completed their coursework are also encouraged to apply.
* Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a fast-learning mindset.
* Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with design tools such as Canva is highly preferred for branding tasks.
* Experience: Previous exposure to recruitment or employer branding activities is a strong advantage.
* Availability: You must be available for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a hybrid format from our office located at Blugreen Office, Kembangan, West Jakarta.
