## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently expanding our technical team and seeking experienced professionals to join our operations in Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra.
1. Junior Geologist
As a Junior Geologist, you will be a vital member of our field operations, responsible for the execution of exploration projects and the integrity of our geological data.
* Executing comprehensive exploration phases, including geological mapping, drilling, geophysical logging, and coal sampling.
* Documenting detailed descriptions of drill cores and maintaining accurate drilling logs.
* Interpreting geophysical logging data to enhance our geological understanding.
* Managing and maintaining the drilling database to ensure data accuracy.
* Collaborating closely with the exploration team to adhere to strict operational standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in coal geological mapping, drilling, sample handling, and geophysical log interpretation.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra site.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist serves as a lead technical expert, overseeing the lifecycle of exploration activities and providing critical insights for resource estimation.
* Planning, directing, and supervising full-scale exploration programs, from mapping to final reporting.
* Conducting high-level coal seam correlation and interpretation.
* Developing sophisticated geological models for coal resource assessment.
* Managing and validating the master geological database.
* Ensuring all activities comply with industry standards, internal procedures, and government regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
* Advanced expertise in coal geological modeling and resource estimation.
* Must hold a Pengawas Pertambangan (POP or POM) certification.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra site.
