Candidate Qualifications and Profile

* Educational Background: Hold an Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
* Professional Experience: Open to fresh graduates, with a maximum of 2 years of professional work experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proven leadership potential, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
* Extracurricular Track Record: An active history of participation in campus organizations or student societies.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and analyze technical blueprints, as well as complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
* Technical Tools: Practical familiarity with AutoCAD or related engineering and design software is highly advantageous.
