## Who We Are Looking For

1. Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30.
3. Experience: Possess at least two years of professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
4. Core Competencies: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, analytical rigor, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
5. Soft Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal capabilities and effective communication skills.
6. Commitment and Flexibility:
* Must not currently be under any binding service contract with another organization.
* Willingness to be stationed at any of the Avian Brands branches across Indonesia.
