## 1. Corporate Planning Analyst
As a Corporate Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the Astra Infra Group. This position is ideal for finance professionals who excel at bridging the gap between complex data analysis and high-level executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of the Astra Infra Group to ensure organizational strategies are executed effectively.
* Oversee corporate finance functions, including comprehensive financial planning, rigorous analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling.
* Lead financial due diligence efforts for corporate actions, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
* Synthesize complex data into actionable strategic reports for executive management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Manage investor relations by preparing high-quality documentation for shareholder and business partner engagements.
Qualifications
* Possess a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Finance capacity.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, investment management, and financial statement analysis.
* Practical knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation standards.
* Expertise in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities.
## 2. Business Development Analyst
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and expanding Astra Infra’s footprint. You will be at the forefront of market intelligence, gathering data that drives critical investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure vital business intelligence.
* Monitor and document micro and macroeconomic market conditions, while staying ahead of global industry trends.
* Manage the knowledge database to identify and vet potential project opportunities.
* Execute primary and secondary data collection to establish foundational assumptions for new business ventures.
* Actively participate in acquisition tenders and perform preliminary due diligence analysis.
* Analyze the current business landscape to identify synergy opportunities that align with the Astra Infra Group’s long-term objectives.
Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance Management, Business Management, or Engineering.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Strategic Planning.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Demonstrated ability to think analytically and build professional networks.
