Job Description
As an HRGA Japanese Speaker, you will act as a vital bridge between local teams and Japanese expatriates while supporting human resources and general affairs operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Interpretation and Translation: Deliver accurate consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during internal meetings, management reviews, audits, training sessions, and guest visits. Translate critical written documents—such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), contracts, technical reports, emails, and presentations—timely and precisely.
* Meeting Documentation: Record and organize meeting minutes in both Indonesian and Japanese for executive, cross-departmental, and performance evaluation sessions.
* Operational Accompanying: Support management and Japanese expatriates during shop floor observations and production area visits to ensure seamless communication.
* General Affairs Supervision: Oversee driver and security personnel schedules, task coordination, and performance evaluations to maintain optimal facility security and operational flow.
* Vehicle Fleet Management: Manage the maintenance, scheduling, and administration of company operational vehicles for maximum efficiency.
* Expatriate and Legal Compliance: Handle expatriate licensing procedures, including visas and work permits, ensuring full alignment with current regulations.
* Infrastructure and HR Support: Monitor company infrastructure upkeep and assist with industrial relation duties and administrative reporting.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or an equivalent discipline.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with at least one year of relevant professional experience will be prioritized.
* Possess a valid Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification of at least Level N3.
