## Current Open Vacancies
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized roles. All candidates must be willing to be stationed at any of our project sites in South Kalimantan.
1. Reclamation Monitoring Control Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in reclamation. Proficiency in mapping software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS). Expertise in silviculture, nursery management, and plot inventory. Strong knowledge of mining regulations (Forestry & ESDM).
2. Port Loading Group Leader
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geological, or Civil Engineering.
* Requirements: 2 years of experience in port loading operations. Deep understanding of heavy equipment, stockpile management, and coal port logistics. Must possess a valid SIM A driver’s license.
3. Finance Administrator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Requirements: At least 1 year of financial experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Competent in payment voucher processing, debt management, and journal maintenance. Candidates residing in South Kalimantan are preferred.
4. Jr. Geotechnical Engineering
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of geotechnical engineering experience in coal mining. Skilled in geotechnical mapping and instrumentation (Slope Stability Radar preferred). Proficiency in slope stability software (Slide, Phase 2, Plaxis), AutoCAD, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, and MineScape/Minex. POP certification is highly valued.
5. Jr. Geotech Monitoring
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Requirements: 2 years of experience in mining geotechnical monitoring. Familiar with Geostudio, MineScape, and AutoCAD. Experienced in monitoring tools such as radars, prisms, inclinometers, and extensometers. POP certification and SIM A license are preferred.
6. PPKH & DAS Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, or Agriculture.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in PPKH (Forestry Borrow-to-Use Permit) and DAS (Watershed) management. Skilled in GIS software and aerial photo interpretation. Deep knowledge of environmental regulatory compliance and rehabilitation requirements.
7. Legal Land Acquisition Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of legal experience, ideally within the mining sector. Strong grasp of Indonesian Agrarian, Civil, and Criminal Law. Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and external relations.
8. Land Acquisition Group Leader
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of land acquisition experience in the mining industry. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and capable of drafting precise legal documentation. Must hold a valid SIM A license.
