* Passenger Services Agent at Service Counter (PSAC)
* Passenger Services Agent at Service Platform (PSAP)
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high quality of our service standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a background in tourism or hospitality are strongly preferred.
* Experience: Prior professional experience in customer service, cashier operations, or as a bank teller is an advantage.
* Physical Standards:
* Male: Minimum height of 165 cm (proportional).
* Female: Minimum height of 160 cm (proportional).
* Appearance: Candidates must have no visible tattoos and men must have no ear piercings.
* Location: Residents of the Padalarang and Bandung areas are highly encouraged to apply.
* Health and Skills: Must be physically and mentally fit (certified by a physician), possess proficiency in IT applications, and demonstrate a willingness to work flexible shift schedules.
* Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed at any of PT Angkasa Pura Solusi’s operational sites.
