1. Administration Staff for Japanese Expatriate
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and communication support to our Japanese expatriate team.
* Communication Support: Facilitate communication with Japanese expatriates through email correspondence, document translation, and business reporting in Japanese.
* Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including airfare, rail tickets, and high-speed train (Whoosh) bookings, ensuring all details are accurate.
* Accommodation Management: Oversee hotel bookings and manage apartment leasing processes, including contract renewals and documentation.
* Expat Support: Handle the end-to-end administration for the arrival (transfer-in) and departure (transfer-out) of Japanese expatriates.
* Membership Management: Coordinate golf memberships, including registration, renewals, and annual fee billing.
* Administrative Oversight: Manage expense claims and reimbursements while maintaining strong professional relationships with travel agents, hotels, vendors, and internal departments.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Japanese Language and Culture.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
* Proficiency in business English; JLPT N3 certification is highly preferred.
