1. Barge Escort Operator
This role requires a dedicated professional to manage maritime logistics and escort operations safely.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years in the shipping industry, preferably within palm oil.
* Key Skills: Expertise in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading procedures. Proficiency in marine communication tools (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS) is mandatory.
* Requirements: Deep understanding of navigation, ISPS Code, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards. Ability to draft detailed operational reports.
* Certifications: ISPS Code certification is highly preferred. Must be willing to work in shift patterns.
2. Instrument Control Technician
We are looking for a technical expert to maintain our refinery’s automation and electrical systems.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, ideally in the palm oil industry.
* Technical Proficiencies: Mastery of electrical wiring, schematics, and cable termination. Proficient with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and megger testers.
* Competencies: Strong troubleshooting capabilities for PLC, SCADA, VFD, and DCS.
* Attributes: High attention to detail, critical thinking, and availability for shift work. Relevant technical certifications are considered a significant advantage.
3. Tank Farm Operator
As a Tank Farm Operator, you will be responsible for the safe handling and management of our storage facilities.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar capacity within the palm oil industry.
* Requirements: Solid understanding of K3 safety regulations. Proven ability to analyze operational issues and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be available for shift work.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the quality and efficiency of our refining processes.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the refinery or palm oil sector.
* Key Attributes: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Candidates must be reliable, diligent, and willing to work a shift-based schedule.
5. Boiler Operator
We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our steam generation systems.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of industrial experience.
* Requirements: A valid SIO (Steam Vessel License) is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work rotating shifts is essential.
6. Weighbridge Executive
The Weighbridge Executive is responsible for the oversight and accuracy of our inbound and outbound logistics.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, specifically within the palm oil industry.
* Competencies: Superior analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities. Must possess excellent time management skills and a professional attitude toward team collaboration.
