Key Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
* Professional Experience: Possess 1–2 years of experience in the legal field, with a specific focus on the property or real estate sector.
* Legal Administration: Demonstrate a strong understanding of legal administration processes.
* Drafting Skills: Proficiency in drafting and reviewing Cooperation Agreements (PKS) and various other legal documentation.
* Communication: Excellent command of Indonesian, combined with a foundational level of English proficiency.
* Organization: Proven ability to manage, document, and organize sensitive corporate legal files systematically.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong capability in coordinating effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
