## Key Position Requirements
To maintain our high standard of patient care, we require specific qualifications for our senior and specialized nursing roles.
NICU/Perinatal Coordinator Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Must possess a valid Nursing STR, along with specialized NICU and BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) certifications.
* Experience: A minimum of three years of experience as a NICU Head Nurse or clinical staff in NICU/PICU environments.
* Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of ward and unit management.
Inpatient Care Coordinator Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Current and valid Nursing STR and an active BTCLS certificate.
* Experience: At least two years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Skills: Exceptional managerial and leadership skills, ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Advantage: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Ward Management training.
