## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for this competitive program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within organizational or extracurricular settings.
* Proficiency in English (active speaking and writing).
* Strong communication and interpersonal leadership skills.
* Willingness to commit to a three-year service contract.
* Geographical flexibility to be stationed anywhere within Indonesia.
## Specialized MDP Tracks
Mayora is currently hiring for four distinct tracks, each requiring specific academic backgrounds:
1. MDP Factory
Focuses on the end-to-end FMCG manufacturing cycle, including production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and quality control.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering. Must be willing to work in shifts.
2. MDP Sales
Provides an immersive experience in General Trade, covering relationship management, complex negotiation strategies, and sales target achievement.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in any major. Must hold both SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
3. MDP Operation
Centers on branch operations, encompassing logistics, financial accounting, and human resource management.
* Requirements: S1 in Economics, Financial Management, or Accounting with a strong grasp of financial reporting.
4. MDP IRGA (Industrial Relations & General Affairs)
Addresses the complexities of labor law within the FMCG industry and site-based facility management.
* Requirements: D4/S1 in Law (specifically Civil Law) with a thorough understanding of labor regulations.
