## The Management Trainee (MDP) Program: Shaping Future Leaders
The Mayora Management Trainee program is a three-year career acceleration initiative designed to cultivate high-potential talent. Participants will undergo an intensive six-month journey combining in-class instruction and hands-on, on-the-job training. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will develop the strategic competencies and leadership insights necessary to drive growth across our diverse business units nationwide.
General Qualifications
To be eligible for the MDP Batch 3 – 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Strong background in organizational involvement, with proven leadership experience.
* Proficiency in English.
* Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
* Willingness to commit to a three-year service contract.
* Mobility and willingness to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
## Explore Our MDP Specializations
We are currently recruiting for four distinct tracks, each tailored to specific academic and professional backgrounds:
1. MDP Factory
Focuses on the end-to-end FMCG manufacturing cycle, including production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and quality assurance.
* Education: D4/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
* Requirements: Must be comfortable working in shift rotations and open to nationwide placement.
2. MDP Sales
An immersive dive into General Trade sales, covering relationship management, negotiation tactics, and sales target optimization.
* Education: D4/S1 in any major.
* Requirements: Must possess both SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
3. MDP Operation
Centers on branch-level operations, encompassing logistics, financial accounting, and human resource management.
* Education: S1 in Economics, Financial Management, or Accounting.
* Requirements: Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.
4. MDP Finance Accounting
Focuses on technical accounting processes, including cash flow management, reporting, and corporate audit procedures.
* Education: S1 in Accounting.
* Requirements: Expert-level knowledge of financial statements and strong data analytical skills.
