We are seeking talented, driven professionals to fill key positions within our research and testing divisions located at the Bogor Global Halal Centre.

1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development

We are searching for a dedicated specialist to drive molecular testing innovations and support our accredited assay frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop molecular testing methods, overseeing everything from initial technique selection and trial execution to data logging and validation report generation.
* Recommend optimal reagents and advanced equipment necessary for ongoing methodological improvements.
* Conduct specialized sample trials for incoming client requests that fall outside the current scope of accreditation.
* Execute routine molecular analyses with precision and consistency.
* Maintain, monitor, and meticulously document the operational condition of laboratory instruments and the molecular testing environment.
* Manage the storage, inventory control, and logistical planning for all reagents and consumable laboratory supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
* At least 2 years of professional working experience in molecular testing and assay development.
* Solid understanding of the fundamental validation requirements for both qualitative and quantitative molecular assays.
* Proven capability to perform molecular tests and accurately evaluate result validity.
* Strong work ethic, logical problem-solving abilities, innovative mindset, and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.

2. Microbiology Laboratory Research and Development

Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate robust microbiology testing protocols and draft comprehensive validation reports.
* Perform periodic and systematic sample collections.

* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within a microbiology testing environment.

3. Mineral & Metal Testing Laboratory Specialist

We are looking for an instrumentation expert to handle trace metal and mineral testing across diverse product matrices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and validate analytical methods for heavy metal and mineral testing, culminating in detailed technical reporting.
* Advise on the acquisition and application of specialized analytical reagents and hardware.
* Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc sample collections.
* Test non-routine client samples requiring custom analytical setups.
* Perform routine heavy metal and mineral assays with high reproducibility.
* Maintain rigorous documentation logs for all heavy instrumentation parameters and usage protocols.
* Manage inventory levels, proper storage conditions, and safety controls for chemical reagents and supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Analysis, Pure Chemistry, or equivalent fields.
* At least 2 years of professional hands-on experience operating ICP-MS and ICP-OES instruments, alongside executing heavy metal and mineral assays across various sample matrices.
* Deep familiarity with chemical laboratory GLP standards.
