## Available Trainee Tracks
We are seeking specialized candidates for the following management development tracks:
1. Estate Assistant Trainee (EAT)
* Target Disciplines: Agrotechnology, Plant Cultivation, Agribusiness, Forestry, and Soil Science.
* Focus: Managing plantation operations, crop health, and sustainable yield optimization.
2. Traction Assistant Trainee (TAT)
* Target Disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Technology, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Focus: Maintaining, optimizing, and managing the sophisticated machinery and vehicle fleets essential for our operations.
3. Administration Assistant Trainee (AAT)
* Target Disciplines: Accounting and Management.
* Focus: Streamlining fiscal operations, data-driven decision-making, and administrative efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these competitive roles, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in the relevant fields mentioned above.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Professionalism: Candidates must demonstrate high levels of integrity, intelligence, and a strong work ethic.
## Selection Process and Test Locations
KPU Group is facilitating recruitment across several major cities to ensure accessibility for candidates nationwide. Test locations include Medan, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, and Jambi.
* Location: Master of Management Building, 3rd Floor, Bukit Besar, Sriwijaya University (UNSRI), Palembang.
* Date: Friday, September 20, 2024.
