1. Management Trainee (MT)
This role is designed for emerging leaders who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and possess a strong commitment to service excellence.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or Tourism, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the F&B sector is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Location: Applicants must be based in Banyuwangi.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a deep focus on customer service.
* Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
2. Store Crew

* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar QC role.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be experienced in product sampling, quality inspection, and working within cold-storage environments.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts.
* Work Location: Taman Tekno BSD, South Tangerang.
