## Recruitment Process and Requirements
We are currently seeking dedicated, highly qualified professionals to join our academic team. To apply, candidates must complete the online application form. Successful candidates will be invited for a selection process, which includes English proficiency testing and an Academic Potential Test (TPA).
General Qualifications
* Nationality and Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years for Master’s (S2) holders; maximum 40 years for Doctoral (S3) or Medical Specialist holders.
* Academic Credentials:
* Master’s (S2): Minimum GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) with a study duration of no more than 3 years. Undergraduate GPA must be at least 3.25.
* Doctoral (S3): Master’s GPA of 3.50 and undergraduate GPA of 3.25, with published work in reputable international journals.
* Certifications: Must possess a valid TOEFL ITP (min. 525), IELTS (min. 5.5), or equivalent.
* Health and Integrity: Candidates must demonstrate physical and mental health, be drug-free, and possess a clean criminal record (SKCK).
* Exclusivity: Applicants must not be bound by employment contracts or serve as faculty at other institutions.
## Selection Procedure
Testing occurs every Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB, at the BP-SDM Unit office. Please note that the test duration is three hours; late arrivals or off-schedule visits will not be accommodated.

1. Education & Social Sciences: Primary School Teacher Education, Psychology, and Geography.
2. Engineering & Informatics: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, and Digital Business.
3. Health & Medicine: Physiotherapy, Public Health, Medical Education, and Dentistry.
4. Islamic Studies & Humanities: Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Quranic Studies and Tafsir, and Sharia Economic Law.
5. Legal & Management Studies: Management and Law.
Key Competencies for Specialized Fields
For positions in Islamic Studies, candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in Arabic, Quranic memorization (Hafidz), and a deep commitment to the Muhammadiyah mission. In the Technology and Engineering sectors, we prioritize research experience in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Internet of Things (IoT).
For Medical and Dental fields, applicants must hold recognized specialist certifications in their respective areas, such as Surgery, Radiology, or Orthodontics.
