Operating under the mandate of the Jakarta Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2014 regarding Transportation and further supported by Governor Regulation Number 265 of 2015, the council serves as a primary forum for policy consultation and coordination to ensure an efficient, integrated, and accessible transit network for all residents.
