## General Requirements for Applicants

1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Trade Certificate in a relevant engineering or science discipline is required. High school graduates are eligible for specific operator roles.
2. Experience: Applicants must demonstrate between 2 to 10 years of professional experience in industries such as Mining, Mineral Processing, Smelter, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Cement, or Renewable Energy.
3. Skills: Strong command of the English language and computer literacy are highly preferred.
4. Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work on a roster schedule.
5. Technical Aptitude: A broad understanding of mining systems and processes is considered a significant advantage.
