We are currently offering a unique opportunity for aspiring agricultural leaders to gain hands-on experience through our Estate Assistant Job Training Program. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and field operations, providing you with the technical foundation and leadership skills necessary for a successful career in agribusiness.
As a trainee, you will work directly under the guidance of seasoned managers and department heads. ## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Cultivation, or other closely related fields.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: This program is open to high-achieving fresh graduates.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 27 years of age.
* Health Standards: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
