* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CSR program management, community empowerment, or non-profit institutional work, including facilitating workshops and training sessions.
* Research and Analysis: Experience in conducting social impact assessments, baseline surveys, SROI (Social Return on Investment), or broader social research is highly advantageous.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 standards, and corporate CSR reporting indicators.
* Networking: An expansive professional network involving corporations and key stakeholders is considered a significant asset.
* Documentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop research-based, participatory program designs and create high-quality proposals, reports, and regulatory documentation that meet partner standards.
