## Position Available: Field Operator – Water Waste Plant (WWTP)
We are looking for a diligent Field Operator to manage our Water Waste Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations at our facility in Deli Serdang.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Operator, your primary objective is to maintain the efficiency and safety of our water treatment processes. Your core duties will include:
* Data Management: Monitoring and recording chemical consumption, as well as tracking water inflow and outflow volumes.
* Quality Control: Conducting accurate water sampling to ensure precise laboratory testing.
* Operational Oversight: Managing and monitoring the performance of all equipment within the WWTP facility.
* Maintenance: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the designated work area.
* Compliance: Ensuring all operational activities strictly adhere to established safety protocols and industrial standards.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in an Engineering-related field.
* Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in a WWTP environment is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of industrial Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Deli Serdang-Medan area are highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at Tanjung Morawa and able to join the company as soon as possible.
